* This is a module form the EasyForYou software it requires the prior installation of the EasyForYou software

     
   This application allows you to:
  
  
• Create your Price Offers, Invoices, Orders, Delivery Vouchers and manage your inventory on a mobile phone or an Android tablet
• Automatically import all your customers, suppliers and products from your EasyforYou software
• Manage your inventory, adjust your inventory (Scan barcodes of your products. Automatically done with the camera in your phone)
• Creation of new products, customers and suppliers
• Have your delivery notes, purchase orders or invoices dirrectly signed by your customer on the smartphone (with the finger!)
  
  
      Installing on your mobile (Android):
  
    
• In the browser (Google chrome, Explorer ...) of you Mobile phone, navigate to the download webpage from EasyForYou and click this button Download (Android)

• When starting the software, in the Parameters menu, select the type of synchronization you want to use with Easyforyou


  
  Synchronization via FTP or local WiFi?
  
  1) FTP Allows you to send your documents at any time to EasyForYou from everywhere (with 3G or 4G Wifi connection - Requires a EFY Hosting)
(If you choose this option, this request a User ID (FTP Username) and a Password (FTP Password), ask to your EasyForYou dealer)

  2) Local WiFi allows you to send your documents to EasyForYou when you are in the area of ??YOUR local WiFi network (the same WiFi as network as EasyForYou)
  (If you choose this option, use the same username and password than those you will have used for the file sharing from the folder "import" of EasyForYou - (see installation instructions on your computer)
* Does not work in 3G or 4G, the phone must be connected on your local Wifi network (the same as your computer)
  

Installation on your Computer:


• Open EasyForYou and click the menu Help-> Folder-> EasyForYou
• Right click on the "Import" folder and select the Sharing menu and click the "Share" button
• Please select your username and add it to the list with a permission level "Read / Write"
• Click Share and note the "Share Name" like this: \\NAME-OF-YOUR-COMPUTER\import\
• Click the Utilities-> Import-Export Documents to Mobile menu to send your customers, suppliers and products and to receive documents that you have created on your phone (it is possible to automate these processes, ask your dealer)

  
Installation on your Mobile:


• Only if you want to use the "Local Wifi" transfer -> On Google Play, please download: AndSMB (samba client)
